File Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality results and quick turnarounds, please adhere to the following submission guidelines.

Floor Plans

Virtual Staging

Wide-Angle Shots: Capture photos from the corner of the room to ensure a wide-angle view that encompasses as much of the space as possible.

Good Lighting: Use natural or ample artificial lighting to avoid shadows and dark areas in the photos.

Empty Room: Ensure the room is empty of furniture and other items to provide a clean slate for staging.

No People: Photos should not include any people to maintain focus on the room’s features.

Level Shots: Ensure that photos are taken level to avoid any slanted or tilted perspectives.

Show Depth: Capture the depth of the room if possible to give a better sense of space and dimension.

Source Flexibility: We accept floor plans from any source, including photos of builder's plans, hand-drawn sketches, or architect's drawings.

Measurements and Scale: To avoid delays, provide measurements or ensure the plan is already to scale. The more measurements, the better for achieving accurate scaling.

Essential Details: Include all essential details in your floor plan, such as internal walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, and any other significant features.

Clarity and Completeness: Ensure the floor plan is clear and complete to facilitate accurate processing.
